  • Pole Fitness

    ~Pole Fitness- a fun and empowering class that uses the pole to its maximum potential as a versatile piece of fitness equipment. The pole works the whole body, improving muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, posture, mainly focusing on upper body and core strength.

    **Students enrolled in this class must be at the current Pole Fitness level. If the student is not, the owner/instructors have the right to move the student to the appropriate leveled class

  • Pole Flow

    A class where you learn how to move around the pole and floor with elegance, grace and fluidity. The aim is to dance smoothly, moving from one transition to another with minimal grip changes, a consistent momentum and continuous motion.

  • Pole FITT

    This class is a perfect way to strengthen and stretch for anyone taking pole classes or individuals looking to try a different form of working out that challenges your body in new ways. You will be using the pole to gain strength, with a stretch at the end of class.

  • Aerial Hoop

    Aerial hoop (aka Lyra) is a circular steel apparatus suspended from a single point on a certified rig and mounted onto a swivel to allow circular rotation while performing. This discipline also helps participants gain strength, flexibility and body awareness.

    **Students enrolled in this class must be at the current Aerial Hoop level. If the student is not, the owner/instructors have the right to move the student to the appropriate leveled class

  • Aerial Hammock

    Aerial hammock (aka Aerial Sling) is a type of performance in which an artist performs aerial acrobatics while hanging/standing/sitting in special fabric. The fabric is hung as a single piece, and mounted onto a swivel to allow circular rotation while performing. This discipline also helps gain strength, flexibility and body awareness.

    **Students enrolled in this class must be at the current Aerial Hammock level. If the student is not, the owner/instructors have the right to move the student to the appropriate leveled class

  • Aerial Yoga

    This restorative class is a hybrid form of yoga that combines traditional yoga moves infused with modern yoga moves and a silk hammock. This unique yoga practice detoxifies your body, improves brain function, circulation, lung function, lymphatic function, digestive system and mood. It will also relieve insomnia and so much more!

  • Aerial Yoga FITT

    This class combines the benefits of aerial yoga with the use of the hammock to do common exercises such as lunges and planks, making the exercises easier or more advanced depending on the skill level. This 60 minute class will help strengthen our bodies, gaining balance and flexibility.

  • Restorative Aerial Yin Yoga

    Each pose in restorative aerial yin yoga is held for 3-5 minutes, it is called Yin Yoga because it harnesses the lunar, more fluid and feminine qualities in the body by nourishing our connective tissue that calls for softening, stillness and the strength.

  • Floor Yoga

    The floor yoga instructor is trained in a yoga style called Vinyasa. This style of yoga is characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.

    This class is beginner friendly and the instructor is able to modify the class to suit the classes needs. This means that we can switch to a slower pace and eliminate the breath work between moves.

  • Littles Aerial Class

    This class is a non-structured class that gets your littles moving in a safe and fun space! We will attempt to learn to spin and sit in the hammock, possibly learn a few moves, and even hang off the hoops. If the littles prefer to run around and play, that is perfectly fine, we will move at their pace and let them burn off energy!
